Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the 'Company') today announces its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at https://www.sabreplc.co.uk/investors/annual-general-meeting/

A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on 12 April 2021.

Sabre Insurance Group plc's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 will be held at 9.30 am on Friday 14 May 2021 at The Old House, 142 South Street, Dorking, RH4 2YY.

As a result of the Government's current guidance due to COVID-19, shareholders are not permitted to attend the AGM and are instead urged to submit proxy votes. The Board welcomes questions from shareholders and asks that shareholders submit their questions directly to the Company Secretary by 5pm on 13 May 2021 by emailing her - Anneka.kingan@sabre.co.uk. 

If Government advice changes, and subsequently there is a change in the arrangements for attendance at the Annual General Meeting, shareholders will be notified via a Regulatory Information Service.
