Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 29 May 2020 that Catherine Barton, Non-executive Director, purchased 218 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on 29 May 2020 below at an average price of 265.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was funded through the reinvestment of the full year dividend proceeds that Ms Barton received in respect of her shareholding in the Company. The transaction is detailed below:
