Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 25 May 2023 that Rebecca Shelley, Senior Independent Director and Non-executive Director has instructed the transfer of 17,271 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company from Embark Investment Services Limited to Aviva Wrap UK Limited for nil consideration (the "Transaction").
Following the transaction, the shareholding of Rebecca Shelley remains unchanged.
Further details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached notification as required by Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
