Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that on 10 July 2026, the following directors and PDMRs of the Company exercised share options under the Company's HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Plan (the "SAYE Plan") over ordinary shares of 0.01 pence, in the Company as detailed below:
