Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 30 June 2020 that Rebecca Shelley, Non-executive Director, purchased 219 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on 01 June 2020 below at an average price of 265.80 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was funded through the reinvestment of the full year dividend proceeds that Ms Shelley received in respect of her shareholding in the Company. The transaction is detailed below:
