Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre"), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 27 August 2020 that Andy Pomfret, currently Senior Independent Director, and Chairman of the Company with effect 1 September 2020, purchased 37,800 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 261.75 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the transaction, Mr Pomfret holds 81,278 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.33 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
Further details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
