Board Appointment

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Group" or "Sabre") is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Bryan Joseph as a Non-executive Director, with effect from 1 June 2023. On appointment, Bryan will join Sabre's Audit, Risk and Nomination & Governance Committees.

Bryan brings more than forty years of industry experience to Sabre's Board and has worked in a number of senior actuarial roles throughout his career, spanning the insurance and reinsurance industry internationally. Bryan is currently a partner with Vario Partners LLP, where he is a Co-Founder of the business. Prior to this, Bryan led the PwC actuarial practice in both the UK and globally.

Bryan was Chairman of the Board of XL Insurance Company SE and was an Independent Non-executive Director of XL Re Europe SE and of AXA XL Insurance Company UK Limited and AXA Underwriting Agencies Limited, chairing the audit committee of the UK entities. Bryan has most recently been appointed to the Board of Lancashire Holdings Ltd as a Non-executive Director.
