This Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has approved the Annual Reportand Annual Accounting (Financial) Statements for 2015. The Meeting also approved recommendations of the Supervisory Board on thedistribution of net profit for 2015 and the payment of dividends on commonshares in the amount of RUB 1.97 per one share, and on preferred shares:RUB 1.97 per one share.
