Correction Regarding Treasury Shares Held

Following the Company's market purchases totaling 25,000 ordinary shares of 3p each in the capital of the Company on 19 July 2010, the Company holds 1,543,333 ordinary shares of 3p in treasury and not 1,450,000 as reported. The number of ordinary shares of 3p in issue (excluding treasury shares) following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 14,441,822 ordinary shares of 3p and not 14,535,155 as reported.
