Savannah, the resource development company focused on becoming Europe's most significant producer of spodumene lithium concentrate from its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, has been informed that on 1 June 2023, Mr Matthew King, Chairman, acquired a total of 160,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.6500 pence per Ordinary Share, totaling £7,440.00.
Following this acquisition Mr King has a total beneficial interest in 3,076,528 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.

About Savannah
Savannah is the owner of the Barroso Lithium Project. Located close to key infrastructure in northern Portugal, the Project contains the most significant spodumene lithium resource in Western Europe.
