Asannounced on 18 June 2007, Mr. Reggiani was appointed as Finance Director inJune this year when it was anticipated that he would be invited to join theboard within three months. Mr. Reggiani is a Chartered Management Accountantwith 17 years of senior financial experience in companies including EspritCapital Partners LLP, Vidus Limited and Mobile Systems International plc.
