Wedgewood Transaction Closes

The Board of Directors of South African Property Opportunities Plc is pleased to announce that the proceeds of ZAR 106 million of the Wedgewood portion of the Sandton sale have been received. Having now received all of the proceeds from the Sandton sale, the Board expects to be able to announce a distribution in conjunction with the release of the Company's results at the end of this month.
