South African Property Opportunities Plc (the "Company")

Emberton Transaction

The Board of Directors of South African Property Opportunities Plc is pleased to announce that the Company has concluded a sale of the subsidiary company owning the assets of the Emberton Project. The total sales proceeds of ZAR39million will be received over five (5) payments with the first payment of ZAR9million commencing on 28 February 2015 and four subsequent tranches ending in August 2016. The purchase price is 2.5% below the current carrying value of the property (ZAR40million).
