Major German Contract Win

SpaceandPeople, (AIM: SAL) the leading experiential marketing and media group, is pleased to announce that Retail Profile Europe G.m.b.H (Retail Profile Europe), its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a major contract with ECE Projektmanagement, the leading Germany-based shopping centre management company to provide leasing, management, marketing and operations of Retail Merchandising Units (RMUs) across its portfolio of major shopping centres.

Under the five year exclusive agreement with GB Immobilien G.m.b.H, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H & Co, KG, Retail Profile Europe will install and operate RMU's in two Hamburg Centres for the Christmas season. This will be followed by a full roll-out programme in Germany, commencing in the first quarter 2011.

It is anticipated that by end of 2012 there will be approximately 200 RMU's in operation. The Company does not intend or require to raise any additional funding to carry out the contract.

RPE G.m.b.H, is the German based arm of Retail Profile, the RMU specialist business in the SpaceandPeople Group. The contract is the first that Retail Profile has signed in Germany, which is a major market for SpaceandPeople, and illustrates the cross-selling opportunities the acquisition of the two businesses earlier in the year has presented.

This contract follows on from the successful announcement at the interim results in September that gross revenues for SpaceandPeople Germany, the Destination Media Specialists were up 59% on the same period last year.

Current trading is in line with market expectations.
