Result of secondary placing of shares in Saga plc

Acromas Bid Co Limited ("Acromas"), announces that it has sold an aggregate of 66.0 million ordinary shares of Saga plc ("Saga", or the "Company"), representing approximately 6 per cent. of the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 185 pence per share the "Placing " raising aggregate gross proceeds of £122 million.

Following settlement of the Placing, which is expected to take place on 3 March 2015, Acromas will hold approximately 62.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
