Treasury shares issued & PDMR dealing
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 21 May 2024 the Company issued 15,000 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.
Science Group also announces that it has been notified by Dan Edwards, Group Managing Director of the Company, that on 21 May 2024 he sold a total of 71,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 464 pence per share. Following this, Dan Edwards has an interest in approximately 0.2% in the share capital of the Company. All other Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain unchanged and as previously announced.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,716,999. Science Group holds 468,875 shares in treasury.
The figure of 45,716,999 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
