Treasury shares issued and PDMR dealing
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 22 July 2016 the Company issued 206,789 treasury shares at an average price of 81 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. As part of this transaction Sarah Cole, PDMR, acquired 11,627 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 86 pence per share. On the same day, Sarah Cole subsequently disposed of 10,627 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 125 pence per share.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,383,795. The Company holds 1,678,240 shares in treasury.
