Transaction in own shares

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 15 October 2024, it purchased 10,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 460.0 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 460.0 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 460.0 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Liberum Capital Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,017,242. Science Group holds 1,168,632 shares in treasury.

The figure of 45,017,242 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
