Publication of Offer Document
Further to the announcement made on 1 July 2019 of its firm intention to make an offer (the "Offer") to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Frontier Smart Technologies Group Limited ("Frontier"), the board of Science Group plc ("Science Group") is pleased to announce that the offer document (the "Offer Document"), containing full terms and conditions of its Offer and the procedures for its acceptance, is being posted to the shareholders of Frontier later today and will also be published on Science Group's website (www.sciencegroup.com) later today.
The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.
