Safestore Holdings plc (the 'Company')
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company has been notified that a nominee account held by Frederic Vecchioli, a director/ person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') and his wife, Laetitia Vecchioli, a person closely association ('PCA'), purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.
The relevant notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
