SIMEC ATLANTIS ENERGY LIMITED ("SAE" or the "Company")

SAE has been notified that, on 27 September 2023, Duncan Black, Chairman, purchased 3,600,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1.15p per shares. Following this purchase Mr Black is interested in 4,642,419 Shares, representing approximately 0.64% of the Company issued ordinary share capital.
