No change statement and suspension on trading of shares
Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report is available on the Company's website(www.sacoilholdings.com) and that it has been distributed to shareholders today without modification.
The annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of SacOil will be held on Friday, 29 November 2013 at 10:00 at 2nd Floor, The Gabba, Dimension Data Campus, 57 Sloane Street, Bryanston.
The record date on which members must be recorded as such in the register maintained by the transfer secretaries of the Company for the purpose of being entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 22 November 2013.
Update to shareholders
Further to the announcement dated 12 September 2013, the directors of SacOil believe that the Company is now in compliance with its regulatory requirements. Before seeking the restoration of trading in the Company's shares on both the Main Board of the JSE Limited and the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange the directors will now finalise their holistic review of the Company during the course of the next seven days. For the avoidance of doubt, restoration will not occur today as had previously been anticipated.
