Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, SABMiller plc advises that as at the close of business on 29 September 2016 its capital consisted of 1,624,501,822 ordinary shares with voting rights, and a further 57,020,198 ordinary shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in SABMiller plc is therefore 1,624,501,822 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SABMiller plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
