M&C Saatchi plc ("the Company")
Director Shareholding with no change in beneficial interest
M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 12 August 2019 that on 2 August 2019 Lord Maurice Saatchi (executive director of the Company) sold 770,947 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 343.0 pence per share. At the same time, on 2 August 2019 The Lord Saatchi SIPP (pension fund), in which Lord Maurice Saatchi has a beneficial interest, bought 770,947 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 343.0 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction, there is no change in Lord Maurice Saatchi's interest in the Company, which amounts to a total holding of 4,127,060 ordinary shares in the Company and represents approximately 4.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
