Confirmation of Board Changes

M&C Saatchi plc today confirms the appointment of Moray MacLennan as Chief Executive Officer.

As announced on 18 November 2020, Moray MacLennan has joined the Board effective on 1 January 2021. The Company also confirms that Gareth Davis has now assumed the role of independent non-executive Chairman of the Company and, as previously announced, Jeremy Sinclair and David Kershaw have now stepped down from the board and left the Company.

Moray joined Saatchi and Saatchi as a trainee in 1983, leaving to help start M&C Saatchi in 1995.

He was made Worldwide CEO in 2010 and has overseen its growth from a single London advertising agency to a global network of communications agencies operating in 30 countries.

He has been President of both the UK and European communications bodies and is a regular contributor to industry and current affairs debates.

Gareth Davis, the independent non-executive Chairman of M&C Saatchi plc, commented;
