Director Appointment

The Company today announces the appointment of Vinodka (Vin) Murria OBE as a non-executive director and Deputy Chair of the Board, effective today.

Ms Murria was appointed OBE in 2018 for services to the digital economy. During her executive career she was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Computer Software Group plc from 2008 until 2015 and, prior to that, was Chief Executive Officer of Computer Software Group plc from 2002 until 2007.

Ms Murria is a shareholder in the Company whose beneficial interest amounts to a total holding of 15,237,985 ordinary shares in the Company and represents approximately 12.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Commenting on the appointment, Gareth Davis, Chairman of M&C Saatchi, said:
