Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Grant of options under the 2022 Save as you Earn (SAYE) scheme
RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group"), the world's leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property support services, announces that on 17 February 2022 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Group were granted options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each under the Group's SAYE scheme.

In total, 211,288 share options were granted under the Group's SAYE scheme to 201 UK employees, representing 21% of eligible applicants. In normal circumstances these share options will not be exercisable until the completion of a three year savings period ending on 1 April 2025 and will be exercisable for a period of six months thereafter.
