RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it has been informed that Frances Earl, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 251.4 pence.
Following this share purchase, Frances Earl has a total beneficial interest in 3,000 shares.
