Ordinary Shares
Pursuant to the authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 20p each as follows:
Date of purchase: 13th January 2017
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 155,000
The highest price paid was 365 pence per share and lowest price paid was 347 pence per share.
The average price paid was 355.71 pence per share.
The purchased shares will be cancelled today.
Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in Robert Walters plc will be 76,278,284, excluding 4,074,000 shares held in treasury.
