Pursuant to the authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 20p each as follows:
Date of purchase: 16 September 2016
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 25,800
The highest price paid was 350.00 and lowest price paid was 346.00 pence per share.
The purchase represented an average price of 347.21 pence per share.
The purchased shares will be cancelled today.
Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in Robert Walters plc will be 77,380,804, excluding 4,074,000 shares held in treasury.
