Robert Walters PLC13 March 2008 Robert Walters plc Notification of Interests The Robert Walters Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') has purchased a total of225,000 ordinary shares on 13 March 2008 at a price of £1.673378 per share. Theshares held in the EBT are intended to be used to satisfy future awards madeunder the Company's Performance Share Plan, Executive Share Option Scheme andSharesave Scheme. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of Robert Waltersplc and its subsidiaries and is registered in the name of Halifax EES TrusteesInternational Ltd. The Executive Directors of Robert Walters plc are included as potentialbeneficiaries under the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares andthe dealings thereof. Following these transactions, the EBT holds 3,928,099 ordinary shares on whichdividends are waived and are treated as non dilutive.
