Change of Accounting Reference Date

RegTech Open Project plc (LSE: RTOP), the technology business specialised in the automation, management and optimisation of regulatory compliance operations, announces that, following discussions with its advisors, the directors have resolved to change its Accounting Reference Date from 31 December to 30 June.

This change of Accounting Reference Date will allow the Company to present its first audited financial statements for a period covering almost a full trading year and facilitates efficiencies in its financial reporting process.

Accordingly, the Company's updated financial calendar will now be as follows:

§ Unaudited Interim Accounts for the six-month period ended 31 December 2023 will be published by 31 March 2024.

§ Audited accounts for an extended period from the Company's incorporation on 10 March 2023 to 30 June 2024 are scheduled to be published in October 2024.

Thereafter, Interim and Annual Accounts will be published each year for the six months to 31 December and twelve months to 30 June in accordance with the LSE Standard Listing Rules.
