Directorate change
In the 2013 Annual report mailed to shareholders today the Company notes that Duncan Tatton-Brown, who has served on the Board for nine years, will stand down as a non-executive director at the conclusion of the 2014 AGM on 14 May 2014 and that Peter Long, who joined the Board in 2002, will, subject to re-election at the 2014 AGM, stand down as a non-executive director on 31 December 2014.
