Grant of Savings Related Share Options (SAYE)
On 28 October 2016 the following options over ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each in the Company were granted to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') under the Company's three year SAYE scheme, at an option price of 307p per share ('Award'):
