The Restaurant Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Clemett as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He joins the Board on 1 June 2016.
Graham is an experienced Finance Director of listed businesses. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Workspace Group PLC, a FTSE 250 Property Company and has held that role since 2007. He has previously held senior finance roles in Royal Bank of Scotland and Reuters Holdings plc and trained with KPMG.
