Block Listing Application
The Company announces an application has been made to increase the Company's existing block listing by 4,500,000 new ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each, and to establish a second block listing to make 10,000,000 shares available to satisfy exercises of awards granted under the Company's Restricted Share Plan, so that a total of 14,500,000 shares (the "Block Listing Shares") will be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission of the additional shares is expected to be effective as from 8 am on 20 December 2023, at which point the total number of shares in the two block listings will be 15,268,191.
The Block Listing Shares will be allotted by the Company to its Employee Benefit Trust in the amount necessary to satisfy exercises of options under the Company's all-employee Save As You Earn share scheme and its Restricted Share Plan share scheme, and on issue will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
