The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company')

Block Listing Application

An Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange to admit 852,715 Ordinary shares of 28⅛ pence each to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application consists of 752,715 shares that have been issued and allotted from options granted under the Company's Share Save Option ("SAYE") Scheme. In addition, a further 100,000 shares are to be block listed for future issuances under the SAYE Scheme. All shares issued and to be issued will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company and it is expected that admission of the shares in this application shall become effective on or around 1 May, 2015.
