Total Voting Rights

As at 31 August 2017 the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 495,654,349 ordinary shares in issue of 1 pence per share, each with one voting right and 1 deferred share in issue of 1 pence per share with no voting rights. There were no Treasury shares in the Company.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RhythmOne.
