DIRECTORATE CHANGES
London, England and San Francisco, CA. - 30 June, 2015 - blinkx plc ("blinkx" or the "Company"), today announces changes in the roles of two of its Non-executive Directors.
Effective 1 July 2015, Mr Anthony Bettencourt will step down as Chairman of the blinkx Board of Directors, in order to focus on executive responsibilities. Mr Bettencourt will remain on the Board as a Non-executive Director, serving on the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Mr Bettencourt has been Chairman of the blinkx Board of Directors since 2008.
Concurrently, Mr Raj Chellaraj, the lead independent Non-executive Director will assume the role of Chairman of the blinkx Board of Directors. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board, Mr Chellaraj will serve on the Company's Nomination and Audit Committees.
