Following a successful career with the RTC Group spanning over 9 years, Andrew Bailey has decided to step down from his role as Group Finance Director. Sarah Dye will be taking over the post of Group Finance Director with effect from Monday 4th February 2013. The RTC Board would like to thank Andrew for his significant contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
Sarah Dye is a qualified chartered accountant with significant experience in all aspects of strategic, planning, commercial and operational finance. Sarah's career has seen her work in both the public and private sectors in the UK and overseas. Companies that Sarah has worked for include Allied Domecq Plc, The Boots Company Plc and Nottingham Trent University in the UK, and Sarah spent a total of five years as Audit Manager in the Office of the Auditor-General of Audit New Zealand.
Sarah joins RTC Group Plc from Staffline Group Plc, one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses where she held the position of Group Financial Controller. RTC Group's CEO, Andy Pendlebury, believes that Sarah's experience of handling large volume recruitment activities will be of significant value to the RTC Group as it continues with its aggressive growth plans.
