PJSC ROSSETI announces the intended cancellation of listing on London Stock Exchange
May 06, 2022 Moscow, Russia - PJSC ROSSETI (MOEX: RSTI, RSTIP; LSE: RSTI) ("Company"), Russia's largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company, announces that May 05, 2022 the Company requested cancellation of standard listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority of the PJSC "Rosseti" Regulation S and Rule 144A Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") (CUSIP: 69343X207 and 69343X108 respectively , ISIN: US69343X2071 and US69343X1081 respectively, SEDOL: BYNFQV2 and BYNFQS9 respectively) , each representing two hundred ordinary shares of the Company as well as Company's Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (CUSIP: 69343X306 и 69343X405 respectively, ISIN: US69343X4051 and US69343X3061 respectively), each representing two hundred preferred shares of the Company and admission to trading of the GDRs on the main market segment for listed securities on London Stock Exchange.
The Company also sent the notification of termination of Depositary Agreement.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 5.2.8, the Company expects that the cancellation will become effective on the 21st business day from the announcement.
