Placing of Shares
Mavinwood plc, the AIM listed support services company, has announced the placing of 3,333,334 shares to raise £400,000. The funds are to be used to satisfy vendors' earn outs on achieving set performance criteria. The shares have been placed with institutional shareholders at a price of 12p.
Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 10 June 2008.
Commenting on the placing Kevin Mahoney, Chief Executive of Mavinwood said;
"I am delighted that there is institutional support for the company. We remain on track to meet management and market expectations for the full year financial results"
