Mavinwood PLC13 June 2007 Mavinwood Plc Board Appointments Mavinwood Plc, the AIM listed support services company, announces theappointment, with immediate effect, of Mr Robert Brown Guthrie (65) as a nonexecutive Director. Robert was Managing Director of UK retail at international insurance broker,Willis Group Limited, for 15 years. He has an in depth knowledge of andexcellent relationships with the UK insurance industry. Commenting on the appointment Mavinwood Chairman Philip Reid said:"We have three businesses operating in the Emergency Repair, principally insuredrepair, market and Bob's knowledge of the UK insurance industry will be veryvaluable. I am delighted he has agreed to join our Board". In addition Mr Steven Watkins, currently a non executive Director, has agreed tobecome an executive director. Steven will be Divisional Director of theEmergency and Insured Repairs business. He was managing director of ANSA, whichspecialises in drainage surveys and repairs, for four years to 2005 when thecompany was acquired by Mavinwood.
