RS Group plc announces that Carole Cran, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as CFO designate of Halma plc, a listed company on the London Stock Exchange, with immediate effect. From 1 April 2025, Carole will become CFO of Halma plc. Carole previously served as independent non-executive director of Halma plc from January 2016.
