Exercise of Options
Dated: 24 January 2011
Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") has been notified of the exercise by Robert Weicker on 21 January of 250,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25 pence per share and 125,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.2 pence per share. As a result of this exercise of options, Robert Weicker holds 375,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This holding represents 0.055% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
In addition to his interests in the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company stated above, Mr Weicker remains interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Red Rock has also been notified by other option holders of the exercise of 125,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.25 pence per share and 375,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.2 pence per share.
The Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will occur on Friday 28 January 2011.
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 683,314,017 Ordinary Shares in issue.
