Directors' Dealing - Exercise of Options
Dated: 6 May 2011
Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") has been notified of the exercise of 3,100,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25 pence per share. The options have been exercised by directors of the Company, in the following amounts:

As a result of this exercise of options, the enlarged interests of Andrew Bell, Manoli Yannaghas and Michael Nott in the Company's Ordinary Shares are as follows:

Application will been made for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that the admission will occur on 12 May 2011.
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 697,106,109 ordinary shares in issue.
