Colombia update

Red Rock Resources plc, the mining and exploration company with an iron ore project in Greenland, a producing gold mine in Colombia, advanced gold and copper exploration in Kenya, and interests in steel feed, uranium and rare earths, reports on progress on the planned sale of its Colombian mining interests.
Further to the Company's announcement of 17 July 2012, the due diligence stage has been completed during August and September, and the parties are in the process of negotiating to enter into a definitive agreement.
There can be no certainty that the parties will enter into a definitive contract nor guarantee of a successful outcome until execution of a definitive agreement by the parties.
The Company will make further announcements in due course.
