Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2) - Irene Dorner

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc reports that AXA have announced that Irene Dorner will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. She will be proposed for election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2016.

Irene Dorner is a Non-Executive Director, and a member of the Nominations and Governance Committee, Safety and Ethics Committee and the Audit Committee, of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules.
