Annual Report 2024 and Annual General Meeting 2025

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that it has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 (Annual Report 2024) and its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the Company's website, www.Rolls-Royce.com

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 1 May 2025. The AGM will be held at the Rolls-Royce Learning and Development Centre, Wilmore Road, Derby, DE24 9BD.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the following documents will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

- Annual Report 2024;

- Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 and associated proxy form;

The Notice of AGM is expected to be posted to the Company's shareholders on 20 March 2025, together with the Annual Report 2024, to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications.
