Randall and Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd (the "Company") announces that on 19th March 2020 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares to be held in treasury.
Class of shares: Ordinary shares of 2p ("shares")
Number of shares purchased: 13,000
Average purchase price paid: 120.3375 pence per share
Highest purchase price paid: 122 pence per share
Lowest purchase price paid: 118 pence per share
Following the above transaction, the Company has 47,943 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 201,096,092 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 201,048,149 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
